These districts are as follows: District No. 1. All that part of the city of Charlotte lying west of the center of Tryon street District No. 2. All that part of the city of Charlotte lying north of the center of East Trade slrect. East Avenue, and Elizabeth Avenue, and east of the center of Tryon street ii... District No. H All that part of the city of Charlotte lying south of the center of East Trade street, East Avenue and Elizabeth Avenue, and east of the center of Tryon street District No. 4. All that territory outside the city of Charlotte, lying west of the eastern boundary lines of Alleghany. Wilkes, Iredell and Meck lenhnrp counties and from the southern boundary of the latter county west of the Catawba river. District No. 5 All that territory, outside the city of Charlotte lying east of territory designated in district No. 4.
